Digital Delivery, Course Access, and Shipping Policy
Yolitia Academy — United States
Last Updated: July 26, 2026
Important: Yolitia Academy primarily provides digital educational services. No physical shipment is required for most courses, webinars, workshops, certificate programs, or continuing education activities. |
This Digital Delivery, Course Access, and Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how Yolitia Academy, an educational division of Centro Yolitia LLC (“Yolitia Academy,” “Academy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), provides access to online educational products and services and, when applicable, ships physical materials. This Policy supplements the Yolitia Academy Terms and Conditions and any course-specific registration, cancellation, or refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to the delivery of Yolitia Academy courses, continuing education programs, live and recorded trainings, webinars, workshops, downloadable educational resources, certificates, and other educational products or services purchased or accessed through Yolitia Academy.
Most Academy offerings are delivered electronically. References to “delivery” include making digital content available through a learning platform, sending access instructions or links, providing downloadable materials, or delivering completion documentation electronically.
If Yolitia Academy offers a physical book, workbook, printed manual, merchandise item, or other tangible product, the physical-shipping provisions in Section 12 also apply.
2. Order and Enrollment Confirmation
After a registration or purchase is successfully submitted, the purchaser will generally receive an electronic confirmation at the email address provided during checkout or registration. Confirmation may be generated by Yolitia Academy or by a third-party payment, registration, or learning-platform provider.
A transaction is not considered successfully completed until payment is authorized or other enrollment requirements stated for the program have been satisfied. Orders requiring manual review, professional-license verification, scholarship approval, installment-plan processing, or other eligibility review may require additional processing before course access is activated.
3. Delivery of Self-Paced and On-Demand Courses
For a self-paced or on-demand course, access is provided according to the timing stated on the applicable course page, checkout page, registration confirmation, or enrollment communication.
When no specific activation time is stated, access will ordinarily be made available after successful payment and enrollment processing. Automated systems may provide access immediately, while registrations requiring manual processing may take additional time.
Access may be provided through:
- A learning management system or online student portal;
- A secure course webpage;
- An email containing access instructions;
- A third-party educational platform used by Yolitia Academy; or
- Another electronic method identified in the registration materials.
4. Delivery of Live Courses, Webinars, and Cohort Programs
For scheduled live programs, registration confirmation does not necessarily mean that the live-session link is sent immediately. Access instructions may be provided separately before the scheduled program date.
Participants are responsible for reviewing registration confirmations, course announcements, and email communications for the applicable schedule, time zone, technology requirements, and access instructions.
For cohort-based programs, course materials or learning-platform access may open on a published start date rather than on the date of purchase. Any such delayed opening is part of the scheduled educational delivery of that program.
5. Email Delivery and Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address and for maintaining access to that email account. Yolitia Academy is not responsible for missed communications caused by an incorrect email address, full mailbox, spam filtering, blocked sender settings, institutional email restrictions, or a participant’s failure to review communications.
Participants should add info@centroyolitia.com to their approved or safe-sender list when appropriate and should contact the Academy if expected access instructions have not been received.
6. Learning Accounts and Access Credentials
Course access is personal to the registered participant unless Yolitia Academy expressly authorizes a different arrangement in writing. Login credentials, access links, passwords, course files, and other restricted materials may not be shared, sold, transferred, sublicensed, posted publicly, or used to provide unauthorized access to another person.
Yolitia Academy may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably determines that credentials have been shared, content has been distributed without authorization, a security incident has occurred, or the participant has materially violated the Terms and Conditions or course rules.
7. Downloadable Materials and Educational Resources
Some courses may include worksheets, handouts, slide decks, templates, reading materials, forms, recordings, or other resources. Whether a resource may be downloaded, printed, or retained after the course ends depends on the permissions stated for that resource.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to Academy materials is provided for the registered participant’s personal professional education and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
8. Access Periods and Course Expiration
Access periods vary by course. A course page, syllabus, registration page, enrollment confirmation, or other program-specific communication may establish a start date, expiration date, cohort period, completion deadline, or period during which recordings and materials remain available.
Participants are responsible for completing course requirements and downloading any materials that are expressly made downloadable before the applicable access period ends. Purchasing a course does not guarantee perpetual access unless Yolitia Academy expressly states that lifetime or ongoing access is included.
9. Continuing Education Certificates and Completion Documents
A course purchase or attendance alone does not necessarily result in immediate issuance of a certificate. Certificates and other completion documents are delivered only after the participant satisfies the applicable program requirements.
Requirements may include, depending on the course:
- Required attendance or participation;
- Completion of evaluations, quizzes, assignments, or post-tests;
- Verification of identity or professional information;
- Completion of required synchronous hours;
- Submission of required forms or portfolio materials; and
- Satisfaction of other published continuing education or certificate requirements.
Certificates may be made available through the learning platform or sent electronically. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the name, professional credentials, and other information submitted for the certificate are accurate.
Yolitia Academy does not guarantee that a licensing board or other third party will accept a particular course or certificate unless such acceptance has been expressly established by that authority. Participants remain responsible for verifying their own licensing and continuing education requirements.
10. Technical Problems and Access Support
If a participant is unable to access purchased content because of a technical issue, the participant should contact Yolitia Academy promptly and provide enough information to identify the registration and troubleshoot the problem.
Yolitia Academy will make reasonable efforts to restore access, provide alternate access where appropriate, or otherwise address a verified delivery problem. Technical problems caused solely by the participant’s device, internet connection, incompatible software, employer firewall, unsupported browser, or other systems outside Yolitia Academy’s control may require the participant to obtain separate technical assistance or use a compatible device or connection.
Support requests may be sent to info@centroyolitia.com.
11. Course Updates, Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
Yolitia Academy may update course materials to improve accuracy, educational quality, accessibility, compliance, or relevance. Reasonable content updates do not constitute a failure of delivery.
For live courses, the Academy may need to change an instructor, platform, session link, schedule, or other logistical element. When a material change affects an enrolled participant, Yolitia Academy will provide notice using the contact information associated with the registration.
If Yolitia Academy cancels a program or is unable to provide a purchased educational service, the Academy will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with the applicable program terms, which may include transfer to another offering, rescheduling, account credit, or refund as required by applicable law or the governing refund terms.
12. Physical Shipping, If Offered
Yolitia Academy primarily provides digital services and does not routinely ship physical products. If a course or purchase expressly includes a physical item, the product page or checkout process may identify shipping availability, charges, estimated shipment timing, delivery restrictions, and other applicable terms.
Shipping timing
When Yolitia Academy makes a specific representation regarding shipment timing for physical merchandise, we will use reasonable efforts to meet that representation. If no shipment period is stated, applicable U.S. law may establish default requirements for merchandise ordered online.
Shipping delays
If a physical order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally applicable period, Yolitia Academy will provide any notice, opportunity to consent to delay, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Delivery address
The purchaser is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Requests to change an address should be submitted promptly. An address change cannot be guaranteed after an item has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.
Lost or damaged items
For an Academy-shipped physical item that arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact info@centroyolitia.com with the order information and, when relevant, photographs or carrier information. Yolitia Academy will review the circumstances and provide a remedy consistent with applicable law and the terms of the purchase.
International shipping
Physical products are not available for international delivery unless the applicable product page or checkout process expressly states otherwise. Digital educational services may be accessible internationally subject to the Terms and Conditions, technological availability, and any course-specific eligibility requirements.
13. Refunds, Cancellations, and Charge Disputes
This Policy describes delivery and access. Refund eligibility is governed by the refund or cancellation terms disclosed for the applicable program, the Yolitia Academy Terms and Conditions, and applicable law.
A participant should contact Yolitia Academy promptly if access to a paid course was not provided as described. Participants should not initiate a payment dispute based solely on a missed email or unresolved technical issue without first giving the Academy a reasonable opportunity to verify and correct the access problem, except where a consumer has a non-waivable legal right to pursue another remedy.
14. Intellectual Property
All Academy courses, videos, recordings, slides, worksheets, manuals, handouts, templates, assessments, and other educational content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, contract, and other intellectual property laws. Delivery of access does not authorize reproduction, redistribution, resale, public posting, unauthorized recording, or commercial use except as expressly permitted in writing.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers
Yolitia Academy may rely on third-party platforms for payments, registration, learning management, videoconferencing, cloud storage, email delivery, or other functions. Availability of those services may occasionally affect access or delivery. Where reasonably possible, Yolitia Academy will provide notices, alternate instructions, or other practical measures when a third-party outage materially affects a scheduled educational service.
Use of an independent third-party platform may also be subject to that provider’s terms, technical requirements, and privacy practices.
16. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Yolitia Academy will not be responsible for a temporary delay or interruption caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, such as widespread internet or cloud-service outages, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, cybersecurity incidents, public emergencies, power failures, or similar events. This section does not limit any non-waivable consumer right or any obligation to provide a legally required refund or other remedy.
17. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with registration, course access, delivery, support, or fulfillment is handled in accordance with the Yolitia Academy Privacy Policy and applicable law. Information related to clinical services provided separately by Centro Yolitia LLC is governed by the privacy documentation applicable to those clinical services.
18. Changes to This Policy
Yolitia Academy may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in educational delivery methods, technology, business operations, or applicable law. The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the Policy identifies the most recent revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, learning platform, email, or another reasonable method.
19. Governing Terms
This Policy should be read together with the Yolitia Academy Terms and Conditions and any course-specific terms disclosed at registration. If a course-specific delivery term expressly conflicts with this general Policy, the more specific term will govern for that course to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law or non-waivable consumer protections, this Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, consistent with the governing-law provisions in the Yolitia Academy Terms and Conditions.
